Manor Renewable Energy (MRE) is pleased to announce their new survey service offering to the renewables industry; MRE’s new package of survey services includes a permanently mobilised control cabin configured with a suite of survey and IT equipment.
The 16ft A60 DNV 2.7-1 safe area survey cabin is designed to support a range of survey project scopes, fully configurable to meet specific project requirements. The A60 cabin has been designed for rapid mobilisation to vessels of opportunity and is optimised for the integration of additional third-party equipment such as USBL and geophysical systems.
MRE’s specialist survey cabin is manufactured to the highest international standards of DNV 2.7-1 including compliance with SOLAS/IMO for A60 fire protection. This highly specialised cabin is pre-configured for a more streamlined integration with vessel and client systems, in this case an AUXROV spread.
Alex Richards, Survey Manager at MRE said, “The container was modified by MRE to provide a fully self-contained turnkey survey system, adding real value and efficiencies to our customer’s operations.”
The cabin enhances MRE’s existing survey capabilities to the marine renewable energy, civils and offshore construction markets with plans for further rental units to be made available for mobilisation from key global energy hubs to support energy service companies.
