Manor Renewable Energy is expanding their senior management team and have welcomed on-board Brett Smith in the newly created position of General Manager; Brett will primarily oversee the overall personnel management as well as several newly secured overseas projects.

With over 15 years of chartering and operational management experience gained from working with a market leading international shipping company in the breakbulk and dry cargo sectors, Brett’s leadership skills and experience in the marine industry will be a valuable addition to MRE and ensure the current high levels of delivery and commitment to long term business relationships can be maintained.

Operations Director, Toby Mead added ‘several of our team have been fortunate enough to have worked with Brett in the past and we know the quality and calibre that he’ll bring to the business; as we continue to build the company his experience will be invaluable’.

Established in 2013, Portland based Manor Renewable Energy supplies temporary power solutions, vessels and engineering packages for the offshore wind industry.
